Chandrapur, August 28: In the last 24 hours, seven people in the district defeated Corona and were discharged from the hospital. Also 9 new positives have come. No casualty was reported in the district on Saturday.
According to the report received by the health department, the 9 affected patients include 3 from Chandrapur Municipal Corporation area, 1 from Chandrapur taluka, 1 from Ballarpur, 1 from Bhadravati, 0 from Bramhapuri, 0 from Nagbhid, 1 from Sindhwahi, 1 from Mool. , Savali, Pombhurna, Gondpipri, Rajura, Chimur 0, Warora 3, Korpana 0, Jivati 0 and 0 other patients.
So far the total number of victims in the district has reached 88 thousand 638. Also, the number of people who have been cured from the beginning till now is 87 thousand 48. At present 51 patients are undergoing treatment. So far 6 lakh 70 thousand 939 samples have been tested, out of which 5 lakh 80 thousand 403 samples have come negative. So far 1539 victims have died in the district.
